Terms and Conditions
The Bay Hotel Bed and Breakfast (B & B) Port Isaac Cornwall

Please note our terms and conditions at The Bay Hotel.

• To confirm a reservation, we require a non-refundable deposit for the first night, payable by card. We accept all major credit and debit cards excluding American Express. The remaining balance for your reservation is payable upon departure.
• In the event of a cancellation, the first night’s deposit is non-refundable. If cancelled within one week, there is no additional charge. Within 72 hours, 50% of the remaining balance is payable; within 24 hours, the full amount becomes payable.
• Check-in time is from 3 PM and check-out is by 11 AM. Any late arrivals, please arrange prior to your arrival date.
• Room tariffs are based on two people sharing and are inclusive of full English breakfast, car parking and WiFi access.
• We can provide an add spare bed for an additional £10.
• Unfortunately we are now unable to accept dogs.
• Cars can be parked on our private car park at the owner’s risk.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited in the hotel and on the balconies. If any smoke damage is found, a cleaning charge will be applied.
• By booking and paying a deposit, you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions.
